Offering beautiful views of Pine Valley Mountain and the red cliffs of St. George, this property also gives you easy access to shopping/dining and is located near golf courses. Sand Hollow recreation area is a short drive as is Zion National Park (30 min). Property is about 10 min. to downtown St. George.

This has a open floor plan, great room on main level, upstairs bunk room, private 2 car garage. Combined with two master suites this makes it a perfect home for two families.

This town home features:
1800 Sq. Ft. and was built In 2015 and is a 2 level with about 15 stairs.
It can sleep up to 14 people.

We provide a starter kit which includes:
Tissue paper, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo, lotion, laundry pods, tin foil, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, large trash bags, and dishwashing pods

All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each bed spot.

This home allows up to 4 cars. All cars must be in the garage, driveway, or designated guest parking. No street level parking permitted. No ATV, boat or RV parking permitted on-site. (Gated off-site parking optional - third party, additional costs may apply.)

All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each provided sleeping space. The cleaning fee also stocks the home with basic consumable items such as tissue paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish soap.

Roll-a-way beds, extra mats and port-a-cribs may be delivered to the units for a nominal fee. Bedding for additional beds is not provided and these extra sleeping amenities are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Guest may cancel their reservation at any time without penalty 30 days prior to check in/arrival date less $50 processing fee.

The deposit for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check in/arrival date, but before entire balance has been paid, shall be non-refundable.
Cancellations on a reservation where the entire balance has been paid are non-refundable.

Transactions made within 15 days of check in/arrival date may be cancelled without risk of loss to deposit or payment if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the reservation date (The day the reservation was created). All refunds subject to a $50 transaction fee.

“The home was warm, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The views are beautiful- especially the sunrises from from the back patio. It is a newer property and so still smells and feels “new.” It is perfectly located - close to my favorite golf courses, the sand dunes of Sand Hollow and minutes from St. George. We’ll be looking to stay there again soon.”

We did have a very pleasant stay. The home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We were very impressed with the willingness of the management to accommodate our modest budget. We would not hesitate to do business here again.
