This private home offers our guests a personal oasis in the desert. Located in a beautiful, quiet community surrounded by unique red cliffs and rolling hills, it's perfect for a golfing enthusiast's get-a-way, so be sure to ask about our golf options,
The delightful furnishings in this home, along with its classy decor and plush carpet, are sure to help you feel completely relaxed. Bask in the sun to your heart's content beside the private pool, or enjoy the shade of the lush green palm trees. Convenience is the catchword, as this home is located just minutes from downtown dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Parking:

This home allows up to 4 cars. There is no street level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage or driveway. Trailers and RVs are not permitted.

Standards:

All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each available sleeping space. The home is stocked with basic consumable items such as tissue paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish soap. Additional consumables are the responsibility of the guest.

Occupancy:

This home sleeps 1-8 persons in beds. Max Occupancy: 10 persons. Roll-a-way beds, extra mats and port-a-cribs may be delivered to the units for a nominal fee. Bedding for additional beds is not provided and these extra sleeping amenities are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Pets:

All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets on the property. If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

This property is located in a non-resort community. As such, city code and/or HOA bylaws (Home Owner Association) require a 30 day lease agreement.

Due to this and property owner occupancies, our calendar may not reflect actual occupancy/availability.

In the event you book directly through VRBO/HomeAway type systems, the cost of pool heating may not be calculated in your total cost. The cost of heating pools is an additional fee.

Super Walmart is just off the exit coming to the property.

Black Bear Dining is off the south exit for St George. Great family dining. Good food and large portions for a great price.

Ricardo's Restaurant at 1110 S Bluff St, Ricardo's is Tex-Mex food. From steak to Mexican to mac&cheese for kids.
Cracker Barrel is right off the South exit of St George. Great home cooking food without the clean up.

A great hike is to Elephant Arch. About a 2 hour hike. 3.8 miles. From St George, head north on I-15 for about 9 miles and take exit 10 to Washington. Turn left onto Green Springs Drive and take an immediate right onto Buena Vista Blvd. Follow Buena Vista for about 1 mile and turn left onto the dirt road immediately after the fire station. Follow this dirt road for about 1.2 miles and it will meet up with another dirt road that is heading north-south. Turn left onto this dirt road and follow it for about 0.6 miles and your will come to the gate and trailhead.

If you prefer a different kind of walking, there is golfing-a-plenty in St George.

Bloomington has a course available to guests.

Sun River Golf course is just 15 minutes south but worth the challenge.

Green Springs Golf is at course at  588 W Green Spring Height  N,

 Washington exit 10.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy

Guest may cancel their reservation at any time without penalty 30 days prior to check in/arrival date less $50 processing fee.
To cancel the Guest shall notify Escape via email to sales@escape2stgeorge.com.
You may call accounting at (435) 414-1515 x 2 with any questions but the cancellation must be received in writing to be valid.

The deposit for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check in/arrival date, but before entire balance has been paid, shall be non-refundable.
Cancellations on a reservation where the entire balance has been paid are non-refundable.

Transactions made within 15 days of check in/arrival date may be cancelled without risk of loss to deposit or payment if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the reservation date (The day the reservation was created). All refunds subject to a $50 transaction fee.

We had an enjoyable time celebrating my friends 50th birthday with a "Girls Only" party! The home is spacious and beautiful with modern decor. Very impressed with the care and cleanliness. The girls enjoyed sun-bathing and splashing in the private pool and watching chick flicks at night. The kitchen was stocked for our gourmet chef. We look forward to our next stay. Oh, the fan in one of the bedrooms is the most unusual fans I've seen. Loved it! As was the 3 queen bunk!

The pool was fantastic, grounds were perfect. Quiet & clean neighborhood, furnishings and accessories were beyond my expectations. Well stocked kitchen. We all cook and we were very impressed. You all thought of everything to make our stay a home away from home. We look forward to our next stay. THANK YOU!!!
