This home features beautiful soft tones of hardwood flowing into an extra large kitchen, great room, and dining area - large enough for hosting a good-sized group! Each room in this villa has its own private on-suite bathroom so it is like a retreat within a retreat. When you stay here you will feel like you are at a beachside villa, relaxing amid its seaside-inspired, soothing decor and comfortable furnishings. Everything in this unit is top-of-the-line and vacation-ready.

Private patio with grill. This villa is located near a splash park, there's a basketball court and a great community pool/hot tub right across the drive.

Located with easy access to soccer fields, baseball complex, convention center and restaurants. It is just what you need to make your St. George experience exceptional.


This home allows up to 2 cars. There is no street-level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage or driveway.


All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each bed spot. The cleaning fee also stocks the home with basic consumable items such as Tissue Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Trash Bags, Dish Soap.


This home sleeps 1-8 persons in beds. Max Occupancy: 10 people. Additional bedding not provided. Roll-a-way beds, extra mats and port-a-cribs may be delivered to the units for a nominal fee. Bedding for additional beds is not provided and these units are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Bedroom 1: Queen - Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: Queen - Sleeps 2; Single/Single Bunk - Sleeps 2
There are also 2 fold-out single bed mats for you to use.

PETS: All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets in the property. IF you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

This property is located in a non-resort community. As such city code and/or HOA bylaws (Home Owner Association) require a 30 day lease agreement.

Due to this and property owner occupancies, our 'Calendar' may not reflect actual occupancy/availability.

In the event you book directly through VRBO/HomeAway type systems, the cost of pool heating may not be calculated in your total cost. The cost of heating pools is an additional fee.

Chef Alfredo: The food is made and is prepared by Alfredo himself. He will make a table visit to ensure you are enjoying your dinner and really wants to know the answer.

St George Golf Club, South 1400 East, is a municipal course operated by City.

Sun River Golf  Club is one of southern Utah’s finest championship eighteen hole courses.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy

Guest may cancel their reservation at any time without penalty 30 days prior to check in/arrival date less $50 processing fee.
To cancel the Guest shall notify Escape via email to sales@escape2stgeorge.com.
You may call accounting at (435) 414-1515 x 2 with any questions but the cancellation must be received in writing to be valid.

The deposit for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check in/arrival date, but before entire balance has been paid, shall be non-refundable.
Cancellations on a reservation where the entire balance has been paid are non-refundable.

Transactions made within 15 days of check in/arrival date may be cancelled without risk of loss to deposit or payment if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the reservation date (The day the reservation was created). All refunds subject to a $50 transaction fee.

Deposit Policy
A 'Performance Deposit' payment is required at the time of reservation in order to secure the unit. The amount of the deposit varies based on size of unit and length of stay. If you are making this reservation less than 30 days the system may require the entire balance, including the performance deposit, to be paid at this time. Please make sure you have read and acknowledge the cancellation policy before proceeding.
